Usher Vs Tameka: It's getting dirty

Article 1:
Law enforcement sources tell us when officers arrived at the scene, Tameka Raymond was nowhere to be found.

Police later interviewed both Tameka and Usher -- but determined there was no evidence or witnesses to substantiate Usher's claim.

But the drama didn't end there -- law enforcement sources tell us Usher called the cops on Tameka a second time several days later, complaining that Tameka again got onto his property and wouldn't leave. By the time cops arrived, Tameka had already split.

Usher filed for divorce back in June ... but it hasn't been finalized just yet.

UPDATE: TMZ just received the following statement from Tameka's rep:

"This is just another attempt to disparage Tameka. It's simply an angry ploy that has no merit.

Tameka's own truck was scratched but it's not clear how. The truck is registered in her name, it's not even Usher's car. Why would she vandalize her own vehicle?"

Usher told cops his soon-to-be ex wife Tameka Raymond vandalized his truck after a "custody dispute" they had the night before -- this according to the police reports obtained by TMZ.
According to the reports, Usher told the Johns Creek Police Department that on Sept. 10, he had a "verbal argument" with Tameka over the phone regarding weekend custody of their children.

Usher told cops that after the argument, he dropped his kids off at his mother's house -- but when he drove back to his home, Tameka showed up "demanding to take the kids." Usher claims Tameka eventually left and he drove back to his mother's house -- but when Usher got there, Tameka showed up and began "knocking on the door" and making several phone calls to the residence.

Usher claims he and his mom ignored Tameka -- and eventually called police. When cops arrived, Tameka was nowhere to be found.

The next day, Usher called police again after he noticed several scratches on his truck -- Usher told cops he believed Tameka vandalized the car in retaliation for their fight just hours before.

In the police report, the responding officers who checked out the scratched car claim they found no evidence to support Usher's accusation. The cops even reviewed the entrance log to Usher's private neighborhood ... but there was no record of Tameka ever getting into the area where the alleged crime would have taken place.

That's some weird shit. I'm at a point where I can see Usher using every chance to be in talks and making Tameka looking bad. He tries hard to not flop with his upcoming album which will be about his divorce.

I've never been a fan of Tameka but Usher gets more shady with every day.

Not feeling it. It's nothing to be excited about and it looks like his album is gonna be so full of his marriage mess.

Rap Up reports that Usher's next album "Monster" will be released December 8, 2009.

Also his first single is expected to drop within this month.

MJ's "Will You Be There" To Be Remade?

TMZ reports that a few artists are ready to remake "Will You Be There".

Usher, Dionne Warwick, Wyclef and Jermaine Jackson are joining Mayer, Richie and Houston in recording a remake of Jacko's "Will You Be There." Larry King's wife Shawn, who is spearheading the tribute and sings on it as well, tells us she's not sure if Jennifer Hudson -- who sang the song at Michael's over-the-top memorial last month -- will be involved with the project, as she just gave birth.

The proceeds from the song will be split 50/50 between The Larry King Cardiac Foundation and an unspecified charity close to MJ.

Hmm...We've heard so many rumors about "about to happen" tributes so let just wait and see if this is eventually happen.

And I hope if it happened that JHud won't be participating.

Usher Incorporates Divorce Into His New Album

Usher is currently going through a divorce from his wife Tameka Foster, but when it comes to his upcoming album, you can expect something that is "very eclectic, very open," he said. "For me it was about reestablishing myself in an area of entertainment," Usher told Hollyscoop exclusively.

"My last album was more about my personal experience," he said. "But this one is more about lifestyle. It's about the dance, about the sexiness of it. It's about the passion. It's about what people really missed," he added.

Reflecting on the last year, Usher said, "I had some tumultuous life changes but for the most part I came out shinier than a beautiful brand new penny...or let me say a silver dollar," he said with a smile.

He added, "I feel really great about the music I recorded and where I am in my life right now. I can only expect great things from the music that comes from it. Every album is really a process I go through because I feel like in terms of classic R&B music and pop music across the board, you gotta understand what people have always loved."

A lot of Usher's previous albums have been a reflection of his personal life and relationships. He's always telling a story about a love affair, a gorgeous girl, and the pain and heartache that can come from loving someone too much. In his new album he has a song entitled, "Filing Papers," which is undoubtedly about his pending divorce.

"We're just recycling a lot of what we do or at times what has been done, so there’s been so many great artists who have been able to tell stories. I kind of grabbed on to a few of my personal stories and put it in my music grabbed on to some of the emotion of the past, you know what a classic R&B Usher pop record is," Usher told Hollyscoop.

Usher better give me another "Confessions" because another "Here I Stand" mess will make him release an underground album called "There I Stood".

Jacko Tribute Album?

MTV UK reports:

A hoard of stars including Madonna and Beyonce have been rumoured to appear on a tribute album for Michael Jackson.
The album, which is set to feature the likes of Whitney Houston, Usher, Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross and Lionel Richie will see the artists perform many of Jacko’s most well-known hits from his career which spanned almost five decades.

Britain’s Got Talent star Shaheen Jafargholi is also said to be appearing on the album after the Welsh schoolboy wowed the world at MJ’s memorial service with his rendition of the Smokey Robinson classic Who’s Loving You.

The memorial service at the Staples Center in LA last month is reportedly the main inspiration behind the tribute album after stars such as Mariah Carey and Usher performed cover versions of Jackson’s hits.

A source has said: "The idea came from the memorial concert. Many fans asked if cover versions would be released and it seemed a wonderful idea. Some of the biggest stars in the world have indicated they'd like to take part to pay their own respects and tributes to the King of Pop.”

"This covers album is sure to be a massive worldwide hit with fans and could raise a fortune for Michael's favourite charities."

A source has also told The Daily Star that the UK’s very own Robbie Williams is being lined up to deliver his rendition of the Jacko classic Man In The Mirror whilst his former band Take That are rumoured to be covering ABC, Working Day and Night or Don't Stop Til You Get Enough.

Although I would love to hear something "new" from Beyoncé, I don't know if this project is a good idea at all. Fergie already failed when appearing on the "Beat It" Remix so who knows how some songs will turn out. I mean you can't improve songs that are already classics, can you?

I don’t know anything about Justin putting together a show for Michael but of course I’d love to be involved if anything came to light.MJ was my biggest inspiration and I was flabbergasted to hear of his death. I had so been looking forward to seeing Michael’s show in London and finally meeting him. It is important for my generation of musicians to keep his memory alive. We have Justin, Usher, Beyonce Knowles and Neyo.

I'm not quite sure why she listed Ne-yo but oh well.
