WELL into her huge world tour, Beyoncé is excited about returning to Australia, writes Jonathan Moran.
IT'S hard work being one of the biggest pop stars in the world sleeping in a different hotel room every night, jumping from flight to flight and living out of a suitcase, even if it is likely to be a Louis Vuitton trunk.
More than three months into her I Am world tour, Beyoncé Knowles doesn't know where the hell she is. She knows she's in an American city starting with the letter S. She's just not sure which
one.
``I'm in San Francisco I think,'' Beyoncé says over the phone. ``No, San Diego? Oh, Sacramento, that's terrible. I just got here, just got off of the bus, so I haven't seen anything but the venue.''
Beyoncé, 27, is speaking before taking to the stage for the 51st show of her 87-date (and growing) world tour. It's one of the biggest in history, grossing more than $47 million in ticket sales so far.
