Rihanna's Mother: She still loves him.

RIHANNA is still in love with her violent ex CHRIS BROWN - he has a bizarre hold over the UMBRELLA singer, according to her mum.
The Kiss Kiss hitmaker pleaded guilty to attacking Rihanna earlier this year (09) and was sentenced to five years supervised probation and community service.
He was also handed a restraining order and banned from going within 150 feet (46 meters) of the star.
But Rihanna's mother, Monica Fenty, fears her daughter is still infatuated with Brown - and she is powerless to do anything about it.
She tells Star magazine, "I'm devastated, but what can I do? We love her but can't stand to see her play Russian roulette with her life. Chris has a bizarre power over her. She still loves him and he knows it. In her eyes, he's a god. Even after what he did, it's not diminished."
Rihanna and Brown were reportedly spotted together at a hotel in New York last week (end03Aug09), sparking rumours they have rekindled their romance.
