Diddy Leaves Warner/Atlantic Records

Fans eagerly anticipating “Last Train to Paris,” the new album from Sean “Diddy Combs scheduled for release this month will have to wait a little longer. Diddy has confirmed plans to leave his current label Warner Music Group/Atlantic Records where he has resided for the last five years and released 2006’s “Press Play” which sold 703,000 units to date, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

"Now that the term of the Warner deal has ended, I have elected to accept an opportunity to move my recording career and future label venture to another company," Diddy said in a statement to Billboard Magazine.

Reports have Diddy set to sign with Interscope Records which is part of Universal and home to acts such as Lady GaGa, 50 Cent and Eminem.

The joint venture for Bad Boy's current roster and catalog with WMG will remain in place.

That sucked bad that we have to wait longer for Diddy's next album as I was excited for it coming out next month or so, but I guess we will also see what will happen with Diddy moving to Interscope I guess it will be pretty crazy with 50,Eminem,Lady Gaga etc on roster.
